About this fabric

This colourway reads as a bright aqua-teal, sitting between blue and green with a cool, fresh feel and a subtle velvet sheen that softens the finish. The plain design and close pile create a calm, uninterrupted look, while the colour shifts gently as the light moves across the surface. It is woven in a durable blend of 60% Polyester, 28% Recycled Polyester, 8% Acrylic and 4% Viscose, with a 100,000 Martindale rub test and upholstery grading for both contract and general domestic use. The fabric is 137cm wide and is suitable for curtains, loose cover upholstery and fixed upholstery, with FR compliance to BS5852 Part 1 Source 0 and 1. Care is simple but specific: dry clean, or wash delicately at 30°C, and avoid ironing, tumble drying and harsh treatment.

How to use it

Use Capri on a statement armchair, banquette or ottoman where its vivid teal can add clarity and energy without looking harsh. It also works well as a curtain fabric in a modern interior, bringing a crisp, coastal note against pale woods, chalky neutrals or deep navy.
