Pluto Olive

Pluto Fabric

Pluto Olive is a quietly earthy olive cloth with a softly heathered, linen-like surface. The colour sits between moss and khaki, giving it a grounded, versatile look rather than a bright green cast.

About this fabric

Woven in a plain design, this colourway has a subtle dry texture that lets the olive tone read with depth across the surface. The blend of 30% Cotton, 25% Viscose, 15% Linen and 30% Wool gives it a natural, slightly tailored handle, while the 40,000 Martindale rub test and upholstery-grade classification make it suitable for everyday seating as well as soft furnishings. At 137cm wide and with no repeat, Pluto Olive is straightforward to pattern-match and economical to use on larger projects. The finish feels composed and smart, with the olive shade staying muted and refined rather than bright or grassy. After care is Dry Clean, and the fabric is Stain Resistant.

How to use it

Use Pluto Olive on a tailored sofa, dining chairs or roman blinds where the muted green-brown tone can anchor the room. It pairs especially well with oak, tan leather, chalk whites and brushed brass for a calm, sophisticated scheme.

A grounded olive that works beautifully with timber, linen and darker accent finishes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
