About this fabric

This colourway shows a rich sienna terracotta with a subtle red-brown cast, giving the velvet a grounded and inviting feel. The pile is even and closely cropped, so the surface catches the light in gentle shifts rather than with high shine. Woven in a robust composition of 60% Polyester, 28% Recycled Polyester, 8% Acrylic and 4% Viscose, it is built for both General Domestic and Contract use. The 100,000 Martindale rub test and fixed, loose-cover upholstery suitability make it a strong choice for seating, while the 137cm width and curtain usage also give it flexibility beyond upholstery. It is flame retardant to BS5852 Part 1 Source 0 and 1, and should be dry cleaned or washed with care at 30°C.

How to use it

Use this warm sienna on an armchair, banquette or occasional sofa to bring a cosy, tailored note to neutral rooms. It also works well with tobacco leather, aged brass and chalky stone tones, where its earthy red depth feels especially rich.
