About this fabric
This colourway has a muted green tone with a hint of grey, so the velvet surface catches the light with a gentle, velvety bloom rather than a high shine. Made from 60% Polyester, 28% Recycled Polyester, 8% Acrylic and 4% Viscose, it has the practical feel of a hard-wearing decorative velvet. With a Martindale rub test of 100,000 and upholstery grading for Contract and General Domestic use, it is suited to both fixed and loose covers as well as curtains. The 137cm width and plain repeat make it straightforward to work into clean-lined schemes, while the FR rating conforms to BS5852 Part 1 Source 0 and 1.
How to use it
Pair this sea-mist green with pale oak, chalk white and brushed brass for a calm contemporary room. It also works well with layered neutrals or deeper green accents when you want a softer, cooler velvet statement.
