About this fabric

This Pluto colourway has a dense, near-charcoal forest green appearance, with subtle tonal variation that gives the cloth depth without a visible pattern. The weave looks firm and closely worked, supporting its use for curtains, loose covers and fixed upholstery as well as dual-purpose schemes. Made from 30% Cotton, 25% Viscose, 15% Linen and 30% Wool, it combines softness with a more substantial handle, and the 40,000 Martindale rub test makes it suitable for contract and general domestic use. The plain design and 137cm width make it straightforward to cut and tailor, while the stain-resistant dry-clean care keeps the finish practical.

How to use it

Use Pluto Midnight to ground a room with walnut timber, brushed metal and natural linens, where the green-black depth can sit as a sophisticated backdrop. It works especially well in spaces that need a darker, more cocooning fabric without moving fully into black.

A dark, versatile green with enough depth for tailored upholstery or elegant curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
