About this fabric
Woven in 47% linen, 35% cotton and 18% viscose, Helena Pool has the crisp-but-soft handle you can see in the slightly slubby ground and the raised outlining of the pattern. The repeated leafy verticals read in a pale cream against a muted pool-blue green background, giving the fabric a calm, cool freshness. With an approximate width of 128cm and a vertical pattern repeat of 24cm, it is well suited to curtains and cushions where the scale can be appreciated. It is rated at 10,000 Martindale and classified as Decorative Upholstery, with dry-clean care and L-exempt status requiring a schedule 3 interliner for non-FR use.
How to use it
Use this colourway to soften pale timber, white-painted joinery or chalky blues, where the aqua ground can stay light and airy. The cream motif also lifts neutral schemes without feeling stark.
