Ruched Lizard presents a cool, muted olive green and cream stripe with an organic, saw-toothed edge. Fine horizontal marks give the vertical design a lightly textured, drawn quality across the linen ground.

About this fabric

The design alternates broad olive-green bands with narrow cream columns, each edged by irregular ruched zigzags and delicate horizontal hatch lines. Its restrained olive tone feels cooler and more softened than a bright leafy green, while the cream keeps the pattern open and balanced. Made from 100% linen at approximately 137cm wide, it is suitable for curtains and fixed upholstery for general domestic use. Allow 3% shrinkage; care is by delicate wash at 30°C or dry cleaning, and it should not be tumble dried.

How to use it

Use this muted olive colourway for relaxed curtain panels or a feature armchair, balancing its rhythmic stripe with warm timber, chalky neutrals and woven natural textures. The cream detailing also works well alongside aged brass and soft beige upholstery.

Pair the muted olive and cream stripes with natural linens, warm wood and understated painted furniture.
