Ruched Soot combines deep soot-charcoal vertical bands with warm taupe stripes in a strongly graphic, rhythmic arrangement. The narrow, finely marked lines and scalloped zigzag edges give the surface a softly tactile, hand-worked character.

About this fabric
The Ruched Soot colourway alternates deep soot-charcoal bands with warm, light taupe ground stripes. Each vertical band carries a repeated saw-tooth, ruched edge, while fine horizontal marks add detail to the geometric design. Made from 100% linen at approximately 137cm wide, it is specified for curtains and fixed upholstery at General Domestic grade. Allow 3% shrinkage; care is a delicate wash at 30°C or dry clean.
How to use it
Use the charcoal depth of Ruched Soot to define a tailored armchair, bench or sofa, or let its vertical rhythm fall through full-length curtains. Pair it with warm stone, aged timber and muted taupe upholstery to draw out the colourway’s softer side.
