About this wallpaper

This wallpaper shows an abundant Morris & Co. botanical composition, with perched and flying birds woven between scrolling vines, stylised leaves, berries and detailed floral heads. The peppermint ground has a calm, slightly chalky appearance, while russet birds and blossoms bring warmth against the cooler blue-green field. With a 91.4 cm vertical pattern repeat and no horizontal repeat listed, the design unfolds as a tall, continuous arrangement across the wall. It has a 68.6 cm usable width, a 173 gsm weight and a standard length of 10.05 m.

How to use it

Use this cool peppermint colourway in a bedroom, study or garden-facing sitting room, balancing its russet accents with warm oak, aged brass and softly coloured upholstery. Keep surrounding walls and furnishings quiet so the birds and florals remain the focus.

Pair the cool peppermint ground with warm russet, ochre and natural wood tones for a balanced botanical scheme.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Newill Peppermint Russet without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.
