The dark charcoal background gives this colourway a cool, shadowed depth, while olive leaves and softly golden lilies keep the dense botanical design from feeling flat. Muted pink-red tulips, berry-like clusters and small cream flowers provide restrained points of contrast rather than bright, saturated colour.
