About this fabric

The detailed botanical arrangement has a medium-scale rhythm, with pale ochre and beige flowers picked out among sage leaves, fine cream stems and subdued rust accents. Its 265 gsm weight gives the fabric a substantial mid-weight presence suitable for both upholstery and drapery. The usable width is 137 cm, while the pattern measures 63.5 cm vertically by 69 cm horizontally, allowing the repeated foliage and flowers to remain clearly legible across a wider panel. With 0.8 threads per cm, the surface reads as softly textured rather than sharply glossy, reinforcing the design's gently aged character.

How to use it

Use this muted teal and sage colourway to bring depth to a reading-room chair, headboard or tailored Roman blind, pairing it with warm timber, aged brass and natural linen. Rust tulips and honey-coloured flowers make useful accent tones for cushions or painted joinery.

A softly aged teal ground with warm floral accents, well suited to characterful upholstery, cushions and full-length curtains.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Honeysuckle & Tulip Privet/Honeycombe without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
