About this fabric

The compact houndstooth-like pattern is built from tightly interlocking threads, creating a tactile woven surface across the swatch. Lavender remains the dominant tone, reading muted and slightly dusky rather than bright or sugary. Fine olive-khaki, muted teal, cream and near-black accents break up the purple and give the colourway an understated, tailored character. The close pattern and softly varied yarn colours make it especially effective where an upholstered piece needs texture without a large motif.

How to use it

Use Aveyard - Lavender on a reading chair, occasional sofa or upholstered footstool, pairing its cool mauve base with warm timber, aged brass and olive or teal cushions. Its small pattern can also sit comfortably alongside plain textured curtains and rugs.
