About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester, this fabric has a substantial 441 gsm handle and a durable 50,000 Martindale rating, making it a practical choice for upholstery as well as curtains and blinds. The surface reads as a small-scale check with pale sky and slate-blue threads, softened by tiny flecks of white that keep the colour fresh rather than flat. Its cool, misty tone feels understated and slightly rustic, while the tight weave adds a neat, tailored texture. It is dry clean only and iron safe, with no pattern repeat to plan around.

How to use it

Use Jedburgh Blue on an armchair, bench or Roman blind where its cool, chalky blue will sit neatly with oak, pale grey and off-white. It also brings a fresh, relaxed note to layered linen schemes without overpowering the room.

A cool, easy blue with a neat small-scale weave that works across seating and curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
