About this fabric

Woven in 60% cotton and 40% viscose, this fabric has a substantial 467 gsm handle and a durable 60,000 Martindale, making it suitable for curtains, blinds and soft furnishings. The colourway is a clear, cool blue with deeper inky brushstrokes that sit against a light neutral ground, so the pattern reads crisp and airy rather than heavy. Its large pattern repeats of 68 cm horizontally and 56.5 cm vertically give the damask room to breathe across wider drops and upholstered pieces. Dry clean only care and a cool iron finish complete a fabric that feels decorative, tactile and practical.

How to use it

Pair Nikko Blue with pale oak, chalk white or brushed nickel to echo the cool ground and keep the room fresh. It works especially well where you want a strong pattern that still feels light and coastal in mood.
