Kenton orange

Tiverton Fabrickenton/fa1/pom

Kenton Orange shows a loose botanical design scattered across a pale ground, with watercolour leaves and fronds in fresh greens, blues and coral tones. The orange notes read as soft coral accents rather than a solid block of colour, giving the fabric a light, painterly look.

About this fabric

Woven in 95% cotton and 5% linen, this 230gsm fabric has enough substance for curtains, blinds and soft furnishings while still feeling easy and breathable. The visible surface has a natural slub that suits the organic leaf motif and keeps the overall effect relaxed rather than formal. In this colourway, the orange comes through as muted coral-red highlights among sage, aqua and teal foliage, so the print feels lively without becoming harsh. The design repeats at 46.6cm horizontally and 64cm vertically, and the 140cm usable width is practical for made-to-measure projects. Dry clean only; cool iron.

How to use it

Pair the soft coral-orange accents with pale oak, limewashed walls and linen textures to keep the room fresh. It works especially well where you want a botanical statement with a warm, sunlit feel rather than a strong bright orange.

Use this airy botanical for relaxed curtains or statement upholstery with a fresh, painterly feel.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
