About this fabric

Woven in 95% cotton and 5% linen, this 230 gsm fabric has enough body for tailored curtains and decorative soft furnishings, while the 136 cm usable width helps with generous drops. The visible ground is a gentle ivory-cream, allowing the orange petals to read as coral and terracotta rather than a flat bright orange. Fresh green stems and blue-green leaf details cool the palette and keep the large-scale floral motif feeling airy rather than heavy. Dry clean only care and a cool iron finish suit a fabric that is designed to keep its shape and painted detail crisp.

How to use it

Pair Moorehaven Orange with chalky neutrals, weathered woods and soft green accents to echo the botanical palette. It works especially well in rooms that need a warm accent without losing the lightness of the pale background.

Use it for lively curtains or a statement armchair where the warm coral tones can sing against pale walls.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Moorehaven orange without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
