About this fabric

This Sanderson fabric has a usable width of 141 cm and a substantial 236 gsm weight, making it well suited to upholstery where a little body is useful. The repeat is large at 63.5 cm vertically and 70 cm horizontally, so the drifting floral arrangement keeps its hand-painted character across larger pieces. In this colourway the rose and fuchsia flowers stand out against the pale background, while sage, yellow-green and soft grey leaves keep the overall effect light rather than overly bold. The print reads fresh and decorative, with the brushy edges and translucent colour washes adding a soft, artistic texture.

How to use it

Use it on an accent chair, ottoman or cushions where the fuchsia petals can act as a focal point against neutral upholstery. It also works well in a garden room or bedroom scheme with chalky whites, pale greens and warm wood tones.
