Annandale Dove/Taupe layers curling foliage, pale flowers and rounded, pomegranate-like fruits across a warm ivory ground. Its gentle dove taupe and soft beige detailing give the dense botanical pattern a light, misty appearance.

About this fabric

This wallpaper has a closely spaced all-over botanical design, with curling stems, pointed leaves, flower heads and stippled fruit shapes picked out in muted dove taupe and beige. The low contrast between the motifs and the warm ivory background keeps the 61 cm vertical repeat feeling delicate rather than busy. The supplied roll specification is 68.6 cm usable width and 10.05 m standard length, with a listed weight of 153 gsm. A horizontal repeat of 0 cm allows the pattern to continue across the width without a stated side-to-side repeat.

How to use it

Use this softly toned colourway in a bedroom, hallway or sitting room with chalky ivory paint, warm stone upholstery and pale timber. Its cool dove-taupe foliage is particularly effective where you want traditional botanical detail without a strong contrast or saturated colour.

A low-contrast dove taupe botanical wallpaper for calm, quietly traditional rooms.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
