Thyme Walk Damson/Quince

Highgrove by Sanderson Wallcoverings WallpaperSAW0234-02

Thyme Walk Damson/Quince brings a botanical study to a warm ivory ground, with branching plants, berries, seed heads and small insects arranged across the design. Its olive foliage is lifted by dusky damson, soft blue and quince-yellow details.

About this fabric

The large-scale composition combines rooted herb-like plants with flowering branches, butterflies and dragonflies, giving the wallpaper a hand-painted natural-history character. Against the light cream background, the olive and sage leaves read as muted and leafy, while damson berries and pinkish blooms add a deeper, gently warm note rather than a vivid red. The supplied specification gives a 68.6 cm usable width, a 10.05 m standard roll length and a 127.9 cm vertical pattern repeat, with no horizontal repeat listed. At 130 gsm, this is a lightweight wallpaper specification suited to planning a full-height botanical installation around the long vertical repeat.

How to use it

Use this Damson/Quince colourway in a bedroom, hallway or garden room where the cream ground can keep the scheme light while damson berries, olive leaves and blue flower heads supply layered colour. Echo the quince-yellow accents in small cushions, ceramics or painted details rather than matching every botanical tone.

Pair the warm cream ground with olive-painted joinery, natural timber and muted damson accents for a collected garden-room scheme.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
