About this fabric

This Sanderson fabric has a substantial 370gsm handle and a useable width of 137.5cm, making it well suited to tailored upholstery projects. The pattern repeats every 40cm vertically and 68.3cm horizontally, so the scenic layout has enough scale to show the farm buildings, trees and grazing animals without feeling cramped. In this colourway, the olive-brown linework sits gently against the pale background, creating an aged, country-house look rather than a strong contrast. The overall effect is warm, muted and considered, with the print depth coming from the fine etched detailing rather than from bright colour.

How to use it

Use it on an accent chair, ottoman or occasional headboard where the large-scale scene can be seen properly. It works especially well with tobacco leather, oak and soft cream paint, which echo the fabric’s subdued forest tones.

Pair with warm neutrals and aged wood to let the scenic print feel collected and refined.
