About this fabric
From Sanderson’s Sheers collection, Sea Thrift Seaspray & Sand is a fabric with a usable width of 132 cm and a 23.5 cm vertical repeat. At 158 gsm and 30 threads per cm, it has the fine, lightweight handle you would expect from a decorative sheer, making it especially suited to curtains and layered window treatments. The ground is an off-white sand tone, warmed by a very pale cream cast, while the motif is worked in muted beige and taupe-brown outlines that catch the light subtly. The repeated botanical sprig has an embroidered look, and the overall effect is gentle, airy, and quietly classic rather than high-contrast.
How to use it
Use this colourway where you want daylight softened but not blocked: it works beautifully at tall windows, in drawn curtains, or as a second layer behind a blind. The sand-ivory ground keeps it calm and versatile, while the warm motif adds just enough detail for a relaxed smart interior.
