Shoreline Stripe Seaspray White

Sheers FabricSAF0510-01

Shoreline Stripe Seaspray White is a very light, breezy sheer with barely-there vertical striping and a softly luminous cream-white ground. In the image it reads calm and translucent, with the stripes sitting quietly rather than strongly contrasting.

About this fabric

This Sanderson fabric is from the Sheers collection and has a usable width of 292 cm, making it well suited to full-length curtain drops and generous window treatments. At 125 gsm with 25.8 threads per cm, it has a fine, polished handle that looks feather-light in the swatch while still showing a defined woven stripe. The 5 cm vertical and horizontal repeat creates a neat, regular rhythm, but the overall effect remains understated because the Seaspray White colouring stays close to ivory, oat, and soft shell tones. The fabric catches the light with a gentle sheen rather than a glossy shine, so the stripe detail is visible without hard edges.

How to use it

Use this colourway where you want privacy and daylight without losing brightness; it sits beautifully against pale timber, stone, and chalky painted finishes. The cool-leaning cream tone also works well as a soft counterpoint to sea-glass blues, muted sage, or warm linen upholstery.

A light, airy stripe for softly filtered curtains and layered coastal schemes.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Shoreline Stripe Seaspray White without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
