About this fabric

This colourway combines a softly warm beige base with uneven charcoal and grey-black markings, giving the surface a smoky, mineral depth. Short broken striations run through the weave rather than forming a regular printed motif, while lighter yarns soften the contrast. The nubby texture is especially apparent across the folded swatch, where the changing angles create gentle highlights and shadow. Its weighty woven appearance makes it best suited to upholstery applications.

How to use it

Pair Chobe Magma with natural oak, aged timber and soft ivory upholstery for a calm, textural scheme. Its charcoal flecks can also be picked up in blackened metal or dark grey detailing without making the warm beige ground feel stark.

Use this warm beige and charcoal weave to bring tactile depth to upholstered seating and relaxed contemporary rooms.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
