Marvic Meranti
Marvic Fabric
Marvic Meranti presents a dense scrolling damask of stylised foliage, flowers and fan-like botanicals in muted terracotta red. The tonal contrast with its darker, softly textured ground gives the pattern an aged, richly layered appearance.

About this fabric
The sample is dominated by warm russet-ter##cot##ta motifs, with darker outlines and a subdued taupe-brown ground visible between the scrolling forms. Its closely packed pattern and substantial-looking textile surface read as more suited to upholstery than to lightweight window treatments. The catalogued type is Fabric, and no further composition, width or performance specification is supplied for this colourway. The large-scale damask makes the most impact when the full botanical repeat can be appreciated across a chair, headboard or occasional upholstered piece.
How to use it
Use this muted terracotta colourway to bring warmth and depth to a traditional sitting room, particularly on a feature armchair or footstool. Balance its dense botanical pattern with quiet taupe, aged wood and softly chalky neutral finishes.
A richly traditional terracotta damask for statement upholstery and classically styled seating.
Pairs well with
A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Marvic Meranti without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
