About this fabric
The charcoal ground reads almost black in the deeper folds, giving this colourway a cool, moody depth. Oversized looping motifs are picked out in muted taupe-beige, with irregular, fringed-looking edges that create a distinctive woven texture. Light catches the raised-looking motif edges while the darker ground recedes, emphasising the pattern's sculptural quality.
