About this fabric

The surface is formed by a fine, closely worked weave with delicate horizontal and vertical texture visible throughout. The rosewine shade is warm and subdued rather than bright, with darker threads giving the burgundy ground a gently weathered, tactile character. This is catalogued as a Fabric, and no performance features are noted for the colourway. The restrained texture keeps the rich colour sophisticated on upholstered furniture without introducing a separate motif.

How to use it

Use 21 Rosewine on a chair, sofa or footstool where its warm wine tone can bring depth to a room. Pair it with chalky neutrals, aged brass and dark wood to bring out the muted berry warmth.

Use the deep wine-red tone to add warmth and depth to upholstered seating, balanced with pale neutrals or dark timber.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
