About this fabric

This plain velvet has a substantial 420 gsm weight and a 144 cm usable width, making it well suited to upholstered seating. Light catches the raised nap in soft bands, while the recessed folds read as deeper antique brown against the lighter taupe surface. No pattern repeat is recorded, with both vertical and horizontal repeats measuring 0 cm. The specification records 71 threads per cm, consistent with the swatch's close, even appearance.

How to use it

Use Antique Linen on a sofa, headboard or dining chair when a room needs warm greige depth without a strong pattern. Its softened brown-taupe cast pairs naturally with aged timber, chalky neutrals and brushed metal.
