About this fabric

This substantial 625 gsm fabric has a 141 cm usable width, making the large-scale design particularly suited to upholstery where the full damask structure can be appreciated. The 115.5 cm vertical repeat and 70 cm horizontal repeat establish a clearly ordered arrangement of central urns, fan-like leaves, palms and small rosettes. In this colourway, a soft stone-grey ground sits beneath crisp ivory motifs, giving the surface a cool, chalky brightness rather than a deep or dramatic contrast. The 132 threads-per-cm specification is consistent with the image’s finely detailed woven appearance.

How to use it

Use Fitzrovia Stone on a formal armchair, sofa or occasional seat where its pale stone ground can brighten the silhouette without losing the presence of a large damask. Pair it with warm ivory, bleached timber and softly contrasting grey accents to echo the colourway’s chalky tonal range.
