Camley Fawn

Essential Weaves Vol 1 FabricEWV1CAMLEY

Camley Fawn is a softly tonal woven fabric with a small geometric pattern set into a warm fawn ground. The design reads quietly textural, with the motif barely lifting from the surface for an understated look.

About this fabric

From Ashley Wilde’s Essential Weaves Vol 1 collection, Camley Fawn is made from 100% polyester and is specified for drapes only. The fabric has a 140cm width, a 329g linear weight and a 235gsm construction, giving it a substantial yet workable feel for curtains and soft window dressings. Its small-scale geometric motif appears in a slightly deeper beige-grey against the lighter fawn background, creating gentle contrast without strong colour break. The overall effect is calm and muted, with the woven texture catching the light subtly rather than reflecting it sharply. Vertical and horizontal pattern repeats of 8cm and 6cm keep the design neatly structured and easy to read across a window.

How to use it

This warm, neutral colourway works well in rooms that need softness without losing definition, especially alongside oak, linen and pale stone finishes. Use it for tailored curtains or relaxed drapes where the subtle pattern can add interest without competing with the rest of the scheme.

A calm neutral with a neat woven pattern, ideal for understated curtains or blind projects.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
