About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester, Shiloh Danube is specified for drapes only and has a 140cm width with a 277 grams per linear metre weight. The cloth shows a fine, even texture with tiny flecks of lighter thread that keep the blue feeling airy rather than flat. Its 5.5cm vertical repeat and 6cm horizontal repeat suggest a subtle woven pattern rather than a plain finish, while the rub test is noted as N/A. Made in India, this colourway reads as a muted slate blue with a cool, softly matte character.

How to use it

Use this shade for relaxed-but-smart curtains in rooms with pale oak, grey upholstery or brushed metal details. Its restrained blue tone also works well as a calm backdrop in bedrooms or studies.

A cool, understated blue that suits tailored curtains and clean-lined interiors.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
