Bedgebury Peacock
Sherwood Collection FabricBEDGEBURY
Bedgebury Peacock has a dark peacock-teal ground alive with a repeated tree motif in soft blush and aqua tones. The design feels richly decorative and slightly jewel-like, with the contrast giving the pattern clear definition.

About this fabric
Woven in Turkey, this drapes-only fabric is composed of 80% recycled polyester and 20% polyester, with a substantial 432 g/lm handle and a 300 g/sqm weight. The pattern repeats every 37cm vertically and 36cm horizontally, and the large conversational motif shows stylised trees, birds and trailing foliage across the cloth. The deep teal base reads cool and moody, while the pale teal leaves and beige-pink branches lift the surface with a gentle, embroidered look. It is a strong choice when you want pattern and colour to do the work in a room without relying on sheen or heavy texture.
How to use it
Use this peacock teal colourway for full-length curtains in a sitting room, study or bedroom where a darker, more cocooning finish suits the scheme. It pairs especially well with pale stone, warm oak and muted brass for a layered, tailored look.
Best for statement curtains where the rich teal ground lets the trailing tree motif stand out.

Pairs well with
A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Bedgebury Peacock without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.
Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
