Marazzi Amazonia

Zafaro Fabric

Marazzi Amazonia has a pale ivory ground animated by irregular horizontal bands in charcoal, grey, turquoise-teal, ochre and rust. The broken, layered marks give this colourway a lively graphic presence while retaining a light overall impression.

About this fabric

The design is formed from closely spaced, uneven horizontal strokes, with alternating pale and dark passages that create a softly weathered, hand-marked effect. Charcoal and mid-grey lines provide structure, while turquoise-teal flashes bring a cool clarity to the ivory base. Ochre and rust accents appear intermittently, adding warmth without overpowering the cooler greys. The visible fine, flat surface and mid-scale linear pattern make the fabric suitable for both upholstery and drapery applications.

How to use it

Pair this colourway with warm white, pale stone or charcoal furnishings, allowing the turquoise-teal marks to act as a precise accent. Ochre and rust details can be echoed in cushions or ceramics for a more layered scheme.

Use this expressive ivory, grey and teal colourway to bring layered graphic movement to upholstery or drapery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
