About this fabric

At 390gsm and 138cm wide, this woven fabric has the weight and presence to work particularly well on upholstered furniture. The 68.5cm vertical and 138cm horizontal pattern repeats create a generous, large-scale arrangement of leaves, tendrils and open flowers. The slate-blue ground reads muted and cool, while the amethyst and plum blooms add concentrated depth against olive, khaki, cream and white botanical details. A standard length of 25m provides ample continuity for coordinating upholstery pieces or larger projects.

How to use it

Use the slate-blue ground as the room’s calming base on a feature chair, sofa or headboard, then draw out the amethyst flowers with plum accents and soften the arrangement with cream linen and natural timber.

Use this cool slate-blue botanical for statement upholstery, balancing its amethyst flowers with warm neutrals and aged woods.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Passiflora Slate/Amethyst without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
