About this fabric

This Clarke & Clarke Exotica 2 fabric has a 205gsm weight and a 139cm usable width, giving it a versatile mid-weight character for both upholstery and drapery. Its 29.8cm vertical and 46.5cm horizontal pattern repeat forms overlapping rows of curved, shell-like motifs. Midnight blue supplies the deepest tones, while muted copper, warm beige and pale blue-grey accents pick out the ridged contours. The contrast gives the colourway a formal, dimensional appearance without losing the softness of the woven-looking surface.

How to use it

Pair the cool midnight blue with warm timber, aged brass and copper accessories to draw out the pattern’s warmer highlights. Use it on full-length curtains for a dramatic repeat, or introduce it through a statement chair and coordinating cushions.
