Loxley Noir
Metropolitan Wallcoverings WallpaperCCW0146-05
Loxley Noir is a deeply shaded charcoal wallpaper patterned with irregular black brush marks. The near-black contrast gives the surface a moody, graphic depth while retaining a quiet overall rhythm.

About this wallpaper
The design is built on a charcoal-black ground with scattered, vertically oriented marks that vary in length and density across the visible surface. Its dark tonal palette reads cool and dramatic, with the black motifs appearing almost ink-like against the softer charcoal background. This wallpaper is supplied at a usable width of 52 cm and a standard length of 10.05 m. The pattern has a 52 cm vertical repeat and no horizontal repeat, while the specified weight is 180 gsm.
How to use it
Use Loxley Noir on a feature wall in a study, dining room or intimate bedroom, where its charcoal depth can be paired with aged brass, smoked glass or pale upholstery. Keep surrounding surfaces lighter if you want the irregular black marks to remain clearly legible.
Use this deep charcoal ground with warm metallics, pale timber or softly lit rooms to balance its dramatic brush-mark pattern.

Pairs well with
A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Loxley Noir without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
