About this fabric

This Jane Churchill fabric is woven in a 40% polyester, 33% linen and 27% cotton blend, giving the design a natural-looking base with a practical touch of stability. The repeat is large, at approximately V 76cm and H 64cm, so the floral motifs read as a bold statement rather than a small all-over print. In this colourway, the ground appears creamy and light, which lets the saturated pinks, corals, ochres and teal accents stand out clearly without feeling harsh. The overall effect is decorative and artisanal, with a slightly textural look that suits both soft furnishing and accent upholstery use.

How to use it

Pair this warm ivory multi with painted wood, pale oak or chalky neutrals to let the floral colours lead the room. It works especially well in schemes that want pattern and colour without losing a light, airy backdrop.

Use for statement curtains or lively occasional upholstery with a soft, embroidered look.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
