Montecito Bark

Jack FabricL9194-03

Montecito Bark shows a softly striated weave in muted bark beige, lifted by pale oat and stone threads. The surface has a dry, textural look that gives the colourway a natural, understated depth.

About this fabric

This Jack fabric from Larsen is woven in 66% linen, 24% wool, 5% polyester and 5% polyamide, with a width of approximately 149cm and a straight repeat of V 0cm / H 0cm approx. The swatch reads as a warm beige-brown ground with irregular charcoal and taupe flecks, creating a bark-like, crosshatched texture rather than a flat solid. Its linen-and-wool blend gives the cloth a crisp, tactile handle in appearance, while the small-scale weave keeps the surface visually calm and refined. The overall effect is natural and grounded, with enough variation in the yarns to add character to seating or relaxed decorative pieces. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use Montecito Bark on sofas, occasional chairs or banquettes where a warm neutral with visible texture will soften clean-lined upholstery. It pairs especially well with oak, blackened metal and other earthy finishes.

A quietly tailored neutral that adds depth without reading busy.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
