Marco Jade reads as a calm, pale jade with a softly washed finish and a very fine herringbone effect running through the cloth.

About this fabric

Woven in 65% linen and 35% cotton, this fabric has a naturally dry, tactile handle that suits a versatile scheme. The 136cm approximate width and V 0cm / H 0cm repeat make it a straightforward choice for tailored making-up, while the small chevron weave adds quiet movement rather than a bold pattern. In this colourway the green sits in a fresh, muted register with a cool, silvery cast, so it feels lighter and less saturated than a stronger emerald or bottle tone. The overall effect is subtle and airy, with the weave catching the light to create a soft striated texture across the surface.

How to use it

Use Marco Jade to bring a cool, restorative note to pale oak, chalk white and brushed brass interiors. It would also work well as a gentle contrast against deeper forest greens or ink-blue accents.

A fresh, understated jade that works neatly on clean-lined upholstery or relaxed curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
