Marco Lin

Marco FabricM4161-04

Marco Lin reads as a softly tonal flax-beige, with a fine vertical slub that gives the surface gentle movement. The colour feels calm and natural, lifting the weave without looking stark or flat.

About this fabric

Woven in 65% linen and 35% cotton, Marco Lin has the dry, lightly textured handle you expect from a natural blend, while the 136cm approx width makes it practical for a range of interior uses. The swatch shows a warm beige ground with subtle oatmeal and sand undertones, crossed by delicate vertical striations that add quiet depth. With a repeat of V 0cm / H 0cm approx, the fabric keeps its look clean and uninterrupted across larger spans. Its Q 8 + W 3 care code and √BM fire code are supplied for specification reference.

How to use it

This muted flax tone works beautifully with pale timber, travertine and brushed brass, especially where you want softness rather than contrast. Use it for relaxed drapes, cushions or tailored upholstery to bring a warm, understated layer into a neutral scheme.

A quiet neutral that layers easily with oak, linen and chalky paintwork.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
