About this fabric

Woven in 100% linen, this sheer fabric has the natural slub and lightly translucent surface that linen brings, while the stripe layout reads clean and architectural. The vertical repeat is approximately 1cm, with the stripes spaced at around 24cm, creating a generous, open rhythm across the width. At approximately 305cm wide, it is especially well suited to full-length curtains and wider window treatments. The old blue stripe is softened with grey, so the overall effect feels cool, quiet and slightly weathered rather than crisp or nautical.

How to use it

Use it for tailored curtains, café curtains or relaxed blinds where the gentle old-blue stripe can add structure without feeling heavy. It pairs well with chalky whites, pale oak and brushed metal finishes in calm, coastal-leaning schemes.

Soft old-blue ticking stripes give this airy linen a calm, tailored finish for curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
