Amira Flax is a quietly warm neutral with a dry, linen-led look and a finely ribbed woven surface. The colour reads as an easy flax beige, softly light-reflective rather than stark or chalky.

About this fabric

This colourway shows a calm flax beige with a gentle golden undertone, lifted by the fine horizontal texture visible across the surface. The cloth is a mid-weight fabric, with a 146cm approx width and a composition of 31% Cotton, 23% Viscose, 21% Linen, 16% Polyester and 9% Acrylic. The repeat is listed as V 0cm / H 0cm approx, so the plain woven effect seen here is inherent to the cloth rather than a placed pattern. Its restrained tone and lightly textured finish give it enough substance for upholstery while still suiting elegant curtains and blinds. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use this flax beige to soften darker timbers, woven accents and painted joinery, where its warm neutrality keeps a room feeling composed. It is especially effective in tailored upholstery or relaxed drapery when you want colour that stays close to linen.

A warm neutral that works neatly across both upholstery and curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
