Adras Or

Ondine FabricM4154-01

Adras Or reads as a richly lit golden ochre, with the damask pattern picked out in a lighter contrast that gives the design a crisp, decorative edge. The surface has a softly lustrous, textile feel rather than a flat printed look.

About this fabric

Adras Or from the Ondine collection by Manuel Canovas is composed of 35% Cotton, 33% Silk and 32% Linen, with a width of approximately 144cm and a vertical repeat of 57cm and horizontal repeat of 48cm. The cloth shows a large-scale damask motif in warm mustard-gold, with lighter outlines and striped inner detailing that sharpen the scrollwork and keep the pattern from feeling heavy. The silk content gives the colour a subtle glow, while the cotton and linen balance it with a drier, more tailored handle. With no performance features noted and a fire code of √BM, it is a decorative fabric that suits considered interior schemes rather than casual utility.

How to use it

This golden tone works well with dark timber, aged brass and muted neutrals, where its warmth can take centre stage. It is especially striking on drapery or upholstery in rooms that need a strong, elegant focal point.

Use this warm gold to bring richness to tailored curtains or statement upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
