About this fabric

This colourway pairs a clear ocean-blue ground with pale ivory patterning, giving the design strong contrast and a fresh, cool temperature. The large damask motif reads with a classical rhythm, while the fine woven texture softens the edges and adds a slight slubbed, textile character. Woven in 35% Cotton, 33% Silk and 32% Linen, it has the balanced handle and subtle luminosity you expect from a decorative furnishing fabric. With an approximate width of 144cm and a vertical repeat of 57cm / horizontal repeat of 48cm, it is well suited to patterned drops or statement upholstered pieces.

How to use it

Use Adras Ocean to bring structure and colour to a sitting room, especially against chalky paintwork, weathered oak or pale limestone. Its cool blue tones work beautifully in schemes that need pattern without warmth overload.

Use for elegant upholstery or drapery where the blue-and-ivory pattern can take centre stage.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
