About this fabric

Woven in 61% cotton, 38% viscose and 1% polyamide, Sasaki Pearl has a refined handle and a subtle surface texture that reads as softly tactile rather than flat. The fabric is approximately 134cm wide and has a vertical repeat of 6cm with no horizontal repeat, which keeps the pale linear texture ordered and understated. In this Pearl colourway, the shade sits between warm ivory and fresh cream, with just enough depth in the weave to stop it looking stark. The overall effect is clean and elegant, with a quiet sheen that lifts the texture in natural light.

How to use it

Use Sasaki Pearl for tailored upholstery or relaxed drapery where you want a bright, pearly neutral rather than a hard white. It works especially well with limestone, pale oak and warmer metallic accents.

A quietly luminous neutral that layers easily with pale timber, chalky paintwork and brushed metals.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
