About this fabric

This Woodberry Gold colourway combines muted gold, biscuit and rose-brown notes so the small pattern sits close to the ground rather than flashing brightly. The design is supplied as a fabric, with a width of approximately 139cm and a repeat of about 6cm vertically by 4cm horizontally, making the tiny motif feel neatly ordered across the cloth. Its blend of 50% viscose, 23% polyester, 20% linen and 7% cotton gives the cloth a balanced textile character with a slightly textural finish visible in the weave. The overall effect is smart and gently traditional, with the gold tone reading antique rather than brash.

How to use it

Use it on a compact armchair, dining seat or curtains where the small repeat and warm gold ground can add pattern without overpowering the room. It pairs especially well with aged woods, cream paintwork and deeper accent colours such as moss or oxblood.

A warm, compact pattern that brings tailored richness to upholstery or curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
