About this fabric

This Roscoe fabric is a 140cm approx wide cloth in 59% viscose, 16% polyester, 15% cotton and 10% linen, with a vertical and horizontal repeat of 0cm approx, so it presents as a plain-textured coordinate rather than a patterned cloth. In this colourway, the teal is subdued and cool, softened by grey tones that flatten the shine and give the surface a chalky, woven character. The close weave shows small flecks of lighter and darker yarn, creating a gentle mottled effect that adds interest without strong contrast. With its balanced mix of viscose, cotton and linen, it has the look of a versatile decorative fabric suited to both soft furnishing and curtains.

How to use it

Use Stratford Teal to bring a smart, grounded note into neutral schemes, especially alongside pale stone, oak and brushed metal. Its muted blue-green depth makes it an easy partner for layered cushions, drapes or a tailored occasional chair.

A restrained teal with a softly mottled surface that works across upholstery and drapery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
