Harrison Celadon
Ruskin II FabricF3922-12
Harrison Celadon is a quietly elegant striped fabric in a soft, muted celadon green. The narrow vertical bands give the cloth a gentle rhythm, with the weave catching the light for a subtle linen-like texture.

About this fabric
Harrison Celadon from the Ruskin II collection by Colefax and Fowler is woven in a 42% cotton, 41% linen and 17% viscose composition, with a width of approximately 141cm and a horizontal repeat of about 12cm. The colourway reads as a cool, softened celadon green with a slightly dusty undertone, so the stripes feel calm rather than crisp. In the swatch, the alternating vertical lines are delicate and understated, with enough texture to keep the surface from looking flat. The fabric’s balanced cloth construction and understated stripe make it suitable for both upholstery and drapery, depending on the room and application.
How to use it
Use this celadon stripe to bring a fresh, restrained note to country-house upholstery, or hang it at the window where the pale green will look especially airy in daylight. It also pairs neatly with chalky whites, weathered oak and deeper moss tones.
A calm celadon stripe that feels fresh on curtains and refined on tailored upholstery.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
