About this fabric

This Shelley fabric by Jane Churchill has a woven, low-contrast texture that gives Rosmar Dove its quiet depth and lightly speckled surface. The colour reads as a soft dove cream with a faint warm-grey undertone, so it feels restrained and versatile rather than stark white. At approximately 140cm wide, and with a composition of 31% Linen, 18% Wool, 16% Polyester, 13% Viscose, 13% Cotton and 9% Polyamide, it has the substance of a proper furnishing cloth. The repeat is vertical 0cm and horizontal 0cm approximately, which suits the plain, textural look shown here. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √CH are supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use Rosmar Dove for relaxed upholstery, Roman blinds or full-height curtains where you want a light neutral with more texture than a flat cotton. Its muted cream tone pairs especially well with pale oak, putty, and washed greys.

A quietly textured neutral that works well on tailored seating or soft curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
