Azul Birch

Tome FabricL9495-03

Azul Birch has a soft, woven check that reads as a warm birch beige with gentle tonal contrast. The tiny grid gives the fabric a tailored look without feeling sharp or high-contrast.

About this fabric

This colourway is a muted beige-brown blend, with the lighter squares lifting just enough to show the small check clearly across the surface. The fabric is composed of 59% cotton, 16% viscose, 14% polyester and 11% linen, giving it a natural, textile-rich look with a lightly structured handle. The repeat is a neat V 2cm / H 2cm approx, and the 138cm approx width makes it practical for a range of furnishing uses. It has a smart, understated finish that suits schemes where you want texture first and pattern second, rather than a bold decorative statement.

How to use it

Use Azul Birch on a compact armchair, bench cushion or curtains where the soft beige tone can warm oak, stone and tobacco leather. Its small-scale check works especially well in calm interiors that need quiet pattern without visual clutter.

A quiet neutral with a tiny woven check that feels tailored and easy to style.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Azul Birch without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
