About this fabric

The near-black charcoal base is broken by tiny grey highlights in the compact, irregular weave, giving the surface softly mottled depth rather than a flat solid appearance. Made from 84% polyester and 16% recycled cotton, this chenille has a distinctly textured woven finish. At 138cm wide, it is rated for Domestic upholstery and carries Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy. Machine-washable aftercare is specified for this fabric.

How to use it

Use this cool, soot-toned charcoal on an armchair, sofa or dining seat where its small-scale texture can add depth without introducing a strong pattern. Pair it with pale stone, warm timber or muted blue-grey accents to balance its near-black tone.
